    20. How does booking, payment, and cancellation work?

    A booking is confirmed after a 50% reservation fee is received.
    The remaining 50% must be paid before the course starts.

    Accepted payment methods:

    • Bank transfer

    Cancellations up to 24 hours before the course start receive a full refund of the reservation fee.
    Later cancellations or no-shows result in the reservation fee being retained.
