2. Acknowledgement of Risk

I acknowledge that outdoor climbing and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Falls and injuries

  • Rockfall

  • Equipment failure

  • Weather conditions

  • Physical exertion

I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.

3. Health Declaration

I confirm that:

  • I am in good physical and mental condition to participate

  • I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions

  • I am responsible for monitoring my own physical limits

4. Responsibility and Conduct

I agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions given by the instructor

  • Use the provided equipment correctly

  • Behave responsibly and respectfully at all times

Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, I release ClimbInTenerife and its owner from liability for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Accidents arising from participation

except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Insurance

I understand that ClimbInTenerife holds the legally required insurance under Spanish law.
I am responsible for my own health or travel insurance.

7. Image & Media Consent (Optional)

I consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes (website, social media).
